Winners of the Thirteenth Annual BERKELEY PRIZE Essay Competition are announced today by Professor Raymond Lifchez, Chair of the Berkeley Undergraduate Prize for Architectural Design Excellence. This year there are two First Prize and two Second Prize Winners.
